Cures for Snoring

Snoring disease usually occurs in the throat organ which caused by fattening tissues that make the air passage get more narrow or slackening of the muscles. Correct exercises in throat area can minimize the fat  as well as tone the muscles, so that the airway be fluent.

  • Open up your throat. Put your upper and lower molars together and tight. And open your mouth as wide as possible, without too much stretching. Be focus on your molars. Putting them together then apart by lowering the jaw and repeat the same process 15 - 20 times several times daily. Your jaw muscles must be strengthened. And the airway opens because you contract the weak tissues in your throat. The muscles contracts in the throat back, it needs toning to keep the correct opening the air passage during you sleep.   • For improving the side muscles, tilt your head slowly and hold the position for few seconds then return it to center position. Repeat this process many times in twice per day.
  • And rotate your head many times and hold it for a moment then return toward center position. You can feel stretching on your neck muscles.
  • For improving your back muscles, place your hands behind your head then press your head frontwards and hold this position for a seconds then relax. Repeat it many times.
